Our 3D animation team works primarily in **Blender** to deliver high-quality, realistic, and technically sound animations.

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a talented and passionate **3D Animator** with at least **1 year of in-office professional experience**. If you are proficient in **Blender**, have a keen eye for detail, and are excited to work on diverse projects ranging from safety animations to industrial walkthroughs, we would love to meet you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create high-quality 3D animations using **Blender** for various corporate, industrial, and safety-related projects.
- Understand project briefs and transform ideas into realistic, engaging animations.
- Rigging, key framing, Camera Animation and animation of characters, products, and environments as required.
- Collaborate closely with Clients, modellers, editors, and creative directors to ensure smooth workflow and quality output.
- Participate in feedback sessions and implement necessary revisions with a positive, proactive attitude.
- Maintain project timelines and ensure delivery deadlines are met without compromising on quality.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Minimum **1 year** of **in-office** professional experience as a 3D Animator.
- Strong proficiency in **Blender** (mandatory).
- Good understanding of animation principles (timing, weight, anticipation, etc.).
- skills in Auto rig pro rigging, lighting, and rendering workflows.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.

**Good to Have (Optional)**:

- Knowledge of simulation effects (smoke, fire, fluid, cloth) in Blender.
- Experience with 3D product animation, technical animation, or safety animation projects.
- Basic knowledge of video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve) is a plus.
- Understanding of industrial or engineering sector requirements in animation projects.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
