As per shift schedule**: - Basement & service yard sump pump operating as per schedule. - cleaning of main drain line of all toilets and Basement With the vendor. - All area water cooler maintenance. - Rectification of all plumbing complaints & break down, failure. - Every day morning proper rounding every toilet for W.C., Urinal, Doors lock, Wash basin, PL light, Hand drier, Mirror & updating check list as per schedule. - Maintaining water consumption report of 24 hrs. operation daily. - All drain line of Open parking & basement (Grease Chamber) Roding with vendor & follow up. - Maintaining water tanks level. - To Check all Pump like domestic & flushing system - To Check Swimming pool all pumps - Maintaining record of water reading **Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Health insurance - Provident Fund Schedule: - Rotational shift Supplemental pay types: - Overtime pay Ability to commute/relocate: - Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) **Experience**: - Total work 1-2 Years (preferred) **Speak with the employer** +91 9619422363 - Health insurance
