_**Position: Quality analyst**_ **/Quality Control - Voice, Pune.**

**Education and Experience**
- Minimum _**one year of experience as a Quality analyst**_ **(Voice)**:

- knowledge of quality tools, concepts and methodologies of QA
- Preferably graduate (Not Mandatory)
- Should be good with MS-excel
- Good experience in QA and tools like pareto,Fish bone and RCA

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Auditor is responsible for performing transaction monitoring ,he/she shall adhere to the Quality Framework for Transaction Monitoring.
- Auditor should be able to coach & give the feedback to the consultants
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement basis the audits conducted
- Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions
- Identify training needs and share the input with the training team to organize training interventions to meet quality standards
- Data collection, management and analysis
- Prepare reports & dashboards to communicate outcomes of quality activities.
- Should be able to share the reasons for customer contacts & what is that we can improve on
- Should be calibrated on the QA framework & should be in line with other sites.
- problem analysis and problem solving
- Should be able to understand the root cause and pain area of the process
- Should be able to investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues
- Conduct team huddles to share the observations of the audits
- Should be part of internal & external calibrations.
- Teamwork, Should be able to think out of the box & identify the opportunities
- Monitor risk management activities
