Site Supervisor

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise the installation, commissioning, and execution of solar projects.
- Ensure all site activities follow safety and quality guidelines.
- Coordinate with engineers, technicians, and laborers for smooth execution.
- Maintain site reports, daily work logs, and material usage records.
- Monitor project progress and report any issues to the project manager.
- Ensure compliance with technical drawings and electrical/mechanical standards.
- Handle basic troubleshooting and problem-solving at the site.
- Liaise with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders as needed.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field.
- Freshers are welcome; prior experience in site supervision is a plus.
- Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical components.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel and work on-site as per project requirements.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
