Immigration Caseworker

Job Overview
As a Case Worker, you will play a crucial role in guiding our clients through all procedures required to ensure their successful immigration. You will be responsible for furnishing clients with relevant information and resources, supervising the completion of documentation, and submitting data on behalf of individuals, as required.

Responsibilities.
- Keeping up-to-date with changes to immigration laws/legislations.
- Providing accurate consultation and advice to clients with all pertinent documentation and act as a basic and resource person for our clients regarding immigration processes.
- Assisting clients with the completion of paperwork, and ensuring that this is submitted on time.
- Verifying the authenticity of paperwork and supporting documents.

Experience
- Prior experience in immigration case filing is required
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in customer service is beneficial

Pay: Rs 22000-34000 (Depending upon experienc)

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
