**Job Title: Sales Executive - Innerwear**
Job Summary: As a Sales Executive for Innerwear, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding market share for our innerwear products. You will develop and maintain relationships with customers, identify new business opportunities, and achieve sales targets. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of the innerwear market, and the ability to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Sales Generation: Meet or exceed sales targets by identifying potential customers, promoting innerwear products, and closing sales deals.
Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers through regular communication, product presentations, and timely response to inquiries.
Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for product improvement and market expansion.
Product Promotion: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features, benefits, and quality of our innerwear products.
Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and conditions, pricing, and payment terms with customers to finalize sales agreements.
Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, market analysis, and customer feedback, to provide insights and support strategic decision-making.
Sales Strategies: Develop and implement effective sales strategies, including pricing, promotions, and distribution channels, to maximize sales growth and market penetration.
Sales Support: Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to provide feedback on customer requirements, market trends, and competitor activities to ensure the development of competitive products and marketing campaigns.
Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and after-sales support to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Travel: Occasionally travel to meet with key customers, attend trade shows, and participate in industry events.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the innerwear or apparel industry.
- Strong knowledge of the innerwear market, including competitor analysis and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence customers.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Willingness to travel as required.
**Salary**: From ₹22,000.00 per month
