**Job Title: AI Trainer** **Department: IT** **Working Hours: 8** **Shift: Day Shift** **Salay Range: 20,000 - 30,000** **The AI Trainer will be responsible for creating, reviewing, and refining datasets; evaluating** **model outputs; and providing high-quality feedback that enhances AI performance, accuracy,** **and safety.** **Key Responsibilities** **Data Preparation & Annotation**: **o Create, label, and curate datasets for machine learning training.** **o Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and relevance to project goals.** **o Clean and structure unprocessed data from multiple sources.** **Model Evaluation & Feedback**: **o Review and assess AI-generated outputs (e.g., text, images, speech).** **o Provide detailed, constructive feedback to guide model improvements.** **o Identify errors, biases, and inconsistencies in AI responses.** **Quality Assurance**: **with human standards.** **o Develop and follow evaluation metrics for performance tracking.** **o Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to test updates and report** **performance results.** **Knowledge Development**: **o Stay informed on AI trends, ethical guidelines, and emerging technologies.** **o Contribute to the development of AI training guidelines and documentation.** **Required Qualifications** **Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Computer Science, Data Science, Data** **Analysis, Data Management or related field.** **Strong analytical, communication, and critical thinking skills.** **Attention to detail and ability to spot nuanced errors in AI output.** **Familiarity with AI, NLP, or machine learning concepts (experience with labelling tools** **or QA systems is a plus).** **Preferred Qualifications** **Experience working with AI or data annotation platforms** **medical, technical content).** **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
