**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:Videography:

- Capture high-quality video footage during events, shoots, interviews, and promotional activities.
- Operate various camera equipment, lighting, and audio devices.
- Collaborate with the creative team to plan and storyboard shoots.
- Ensure all video shoots are well-lit, well-composed, and professionally recorded.

Video Editing:

- Edit raw footage into polished videos using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, etc.
- Add music, dialogues, graphics, subtitles, and effects to enhance video impact.
- Create promotional reels, highlight videos, and social media content.
- Ensure final video content aligns with the brand tone, guidelines, and quality standards.
- Maintain proper file organization, backups, and media asset management.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a videographer and editor (portfolio or showreel required).
- Proficiency in video editing software: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, etc.
- Strong understanding of video production workflows, color grading, and audio editing.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with strong storytelling skills.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in motion graphics and animation is a plus.
- Knowledge of DSLR/Mirrorless camera setups and gimbals.
- Background in media, design, or visual arts is advantageous.
