**About the Role**

We are looking for an experienced and highly creative **Senior Graphic Designer** to join our team. This role is ideal for a seasoned designer with 5+ years of professional experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong eye for detail, and can turn complex ideas into visually compelling assets.

You will play a key role in shaping our visual identity across multiple platforms and campaigns, mentoring junior designers, and ensuring all creative output meets the highest standards of quality and consistency.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the design and execution of high-impact visuals across digital and print platforms, including campaigns, websites, social media, branding, presentations, and marketing collateral.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and leadership teams to develop creative concepts that align with business goals and brand strategy.
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
- Manage multiple projects with varying deadlines and priorities, while ensuring exceptional attention to detail and on-brand execution.
- Provide creative direction and constructive feedback to junior designers, freelancers, and vendors when needed.
- Work cross-functionally to support product launches, internal communications, and special initiatives with strong visual storytelling.
- Stay current on design trends, tools, and technologies to continually bring fresh ideas and innovations to the team.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in a creative agency or in-house design team.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of work across digital and print, including brand identity, marketing campaigns, and multi-channel design.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other design tools such as Figma or Sketch.
- Deep understanding of design principles including layout, typography, color theory, and composition.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience with motion design or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Familiarity with UX/UI design and web development fundamentals.
- Experience mentoring or leading other designers.
- Background in working with cross-functional teams in tech, e-commerce, media, or related industries.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
