Manages and oversees the daily operations of a power plant.
- Supervise O&M of Power Boiler, Turbine or other utilities.
- Monitors operations for efficiency and safety ensuring that all applicable regulatory requirements are followed.
- Directs the implementation of preventative mainatance, emergency and operational plans and procedures.
- Resolves problems and manages resources.
- Leads and communicate with O&M team of engineers and operators for any job, abnormalities, Emergency Etc..
- To give training to sub ordinates and new joiners.
- Complete involvement in field maintenance activity along with down the level.
- All works need to carry out as per safety pillars and standards.
- Provide required resources for routine activity to team members.
- Be responsible for maintenance output.
- Material requirement need to submit to superior.

**Educational Qualification**:

- B.Tech/Diploma Mechanical Engineering

**Salary**: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
