Details:
Technical Skills:
1. Virtual Desktops
2. In-depth troubleshooting and administration of Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop or VMWare or Nutanix
3. Demonstrated understanding of and implementation of user authentication and authorization tools between multiple systems, servers, and environments
4. Hands on experience on MCS and PVS
5. Hands on experience on Citrix / Other VDI Apps policies configuration

App-V:
2. Hands on experience on App-v servers

NetScaler:
1. Understanding NetScaler Configuration on various models like MPX, VPX and SDX
2. Experience on Configure the Load balancing virtual servers based on requirement
3. Knowledge on renewal the certificates in NetScaler

Network:
1. Network fundamentals and network troubleshooting tools (traceroute, ping, nslookup etc.,)
2. Basic Knowledge on Firewalls like FortiGate, Juniper, Palo Alto

Related technologies:
1. Good knowledge on Traverse/SCOM/SolarWinds to monitor VDI servers
2. Good knowledge on SCCM/WSUS for Patch management
4. Good knowledge on WinSEP and Putty

Functional Skills:
1. Design and Implementation of Citrix or VMWare or Nutanix VDI environments
2. Managing multiple sites and farms
4. Renewal the certificates for the VDI environments
6. Configuration of license servers
7. Group policy management
