Store Supervisor

Department: Stores & Logistics Department

Reporting To: Store Head / Plant Manager

Location: IMT Manesar, Gurugram (Sector - 3), Haryana - 122050

**Salary**: Up to ₹30,000 (As per company norms)

Job Purpose:
To oversee material handling, inventory control, and timely issue for production.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise material receipts, storage, and issuance.
- Maintain stock accuracy through ERP updates.
- Ensure FIFO system and safe material storage.
- Coordinate with purchase and production departments.
- Conduct periodic physical stock audits.

Technical Skills Required:

- ERP and Excel proficiency for inventory management.
- Knowledge of EV parts and consumables storage.
- Good understanding of material movement processes.

Behavioral Competencies:

- Discipline and attention to record accuracy.
- Strong coordination and time management skills.

Preferred Background:

- Experience in EV or automotive store operations.
- Background in warehouse management preferred.

Growth Opportunities:

- Potential to grow into Store Head or Inventory Controller roles.
- Opportunities to handle multiple store units.
