You will be working as Solution Architect and will be part of Process Automation Business Area for Process Industries Division based in Bangalore, India. In this role you will be reporting to R&D Principal Engineer and will be responsible for supporting strategic corporate technology direction and future product/software/solution architecture. Initiating and driving technology, software, product and/or solution development using in-depth technical expertise in a specific area or a broad range of skills in a technical or product field. Managing or coordinating development projects/activities of substantial impact to the business. Acting as the first line contact in R&D/SW development/Product engineering for in-depth product or technology related issues

**Your responsibilities**:

- Providing broad technical software support, training, pilots and consulting services for clients and to carry out the implementation of company Advanced Process Control (APC) software product
- Working with product managers to define scope, features and estimates for new projects, digital project implementation Advanced Process Control (APC) software product, planning project activities with local and remote teams
- Automating system and integration tests, ensuring compliance with international standards, overseeing all stages of software development, ranging from feasibility studies and simulations to implementation and testing
- Working directly on development tasks, providing technical leadership, coordinating with other resources and creating high quality products within the defined schedules and budgets

**Your background**:

- Bachelors or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 12 to 15 yrs experience (5 to 8 yrs in Software Architecture) in Web technologies (React JS or Angular JS or Angular4 and WebAPI) designing and development of responsive web apps (SPA), C#,.Net, ASP.NET MVC,.Net Core
- Good hands-on knowledge to Azure DevOps processes creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, branching and versioning, and working in packaging tools like InstallShield, Wix etc.
- Working in software version control system such as TFS or GIT, Experience in working in an agile development team
