Leads the delivery of Client focused demand planning services and continuously strives to improve them. Participates in meeting service KPIs executing diverse and time-sensitive activities, considering compliance, quality and efficiency of delivery. Develops business intimacy with local Stakeholders. May lead and/or provides support to other team members in resolving operational issues within own process expertise.

**Primary Skills**:

- Generate baseline forecast for touch SKUs
- Ensure the models in the tool are refreshed regularly and produce optimal results (improve demand planning algorithms)
- Review baseline forecast outputs and validate as and when necessary.
- Generate total demand forecast for no touch SKUs
- Run analysis to provide the assumptions to explain the outputs of the tool for Market
- To generate and manage the total demand plan for all touched SKUs
- Capture the baseline and manually cleanse if necessary
- Challenge assumptions from Sales & Marketing Teams for forecast uplifts to baseline
- Prepare slide decks and assumptions for S&OP sign-off
- Capture forecast changes in various tools and do the scenario analysis
- Release total forecast to the downstream
- Analyse and review forecast performance using weekly reports
Operate international scale and develop remote management
- Connect with high level business stakeholders (Business development managers and directors, Customer service functions, Customer development functions and supply planning functions) and execute the planning
- Govern the process and highlight exceptions to business
