Job description:

- Collaborate with different departments to ensure the smooth flow of all materials
- Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to determine material requirements for upcoming projects.
- Maintainence of material library by specifying the details of materials.
- Maintain detailed records of material transactions, including receipts, issues, transfers, and returns.
- Generate regular reports on inventory levels, material usage, and procurement activities to support project management and decision-making.
- Keep track of all sensitive data and create a suitable project schedule.
- Keep track of materials' status weekly
- Work together with the construction team to plan all deliveries, handle delays and guarantee compliance with all material requests.
- Create necessary reports for all the cost accounts and procurement to ensure the company meets accounts payable requirements.
- Supports in meeting the annual and long-term goals as mentioned in the plans.
- Assist in creating a highly collaborative material control culture within the company.

**Requirements**:

- Communication Languages preference - Hindi & English
- Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques
- Proven experience in material coordination, procurement, or logistics within the construction industry.
- Knowledge of construction materials, building codes, and industry standards.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Talent in negotiations and networking
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in collecting and analyzing data
