We are looking for a Design Engineer having experience on Vehicle integration for minimum of 3 yrs.

**Qualification**:BE / Btech Mech and related field

**Job Location**:Hoshiarpur

**Experience**: 6 to 10 yrs [ minimum 3 yrs Vehicle Integration mandatory]

**Software**:Nx preferred

**Skills**:

- System Integration & Testing
- Successful integration of vehicle subsystems without failures.
- Coordination of integration testing phases, including hardware/software validation.
- Vehicle Performance Optimization
- Achievement of target performance parameters (fuel efficiency, speed, acceleration, etc.).
- Reduction in system-level inefficiencies through integrated solutions.
- Continuous improvement in vehicle handling, comfort, and safety based on feedback.
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Coordination with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and cabin teams to resolve integration issues.
- Clear communication of technical requirements and project updates to all stakeholders.
- Timely resolution of integration roadblocks across departments.
- Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution
- Swift identification and troubleshooting of integration issues during testing phases.
- Documentation and analysis of integration failures, providing clear reports and solutions.
- Root cause analysis and corrective action implementation to avoid recurring issues.
- Documentation and Reporting
- Timely and accurate documentation of integration plans, test cases, and validation reports.
- Clear and comprehensive reporting on vehicle integration status for stakeholders.
- Cost Optimization and Efficiency
- Proposals for cost-saving improvements in the integration process.
- Achievement of cost efficiency targets for vehicle system integration.
- Innovation and Continuous Improvement
- Introduction of new tools or methods that improve the vehicle integration process.
- Regular updates and improvements in the integration procedures to stay competitive
- Project Management and Timeline Adherence
- Meeting project milestones for vehicle integration without delays.
- Efficient use of resources, ensuring the project is completed within budget.
- Regular project progress reviews, ensuring all tasks are completed on time.
