**Job Overview**

We are seeking a creative and motivated Graphic Designer to join our on-site team in Mohali. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career designers looking to build their skills and work on real-world projects in a collaborative environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design engaging visual content for social media, websites, print materials, advertisements, and more.
- Assist in the development of branding elements such as logos, typography, and color schemes.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and product teams to ensure consistency and quality.
- Implement feedback and make necessary adjustments to designs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques.
- Support senior designers and creative leads on various design projects.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelors degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 01 year of professional experience
- Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
- Basic understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and branding.
- Attention to detail and a good sense of visual composition.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to work on-site full-time in Mohali.

**Preferred Skills (Good to Have)**:

- Basic knowledge of video editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Familiarity with UI/UX design principles.
- Basic web design skills (HTML/CSS).

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
