Lecturer in Biology

**Responsibilities**
- Planning and preparing biology lessons based on the student’s ability to understand concepts. Plan lessons, present information, promote discussion, assess performance and modify learning techniques in the study of biology for students.
- Arranging and preparing students in the laboratory for science experiments.
- Developing teaching strategies and techniques for monitoring student’s performance.
- Assessing students' classwork, experiments, papers, and other assignments.
- Overseeing the student’s laboratory activities.
- Helping students in representing our college at various events and workshops.
- Suggesting improvements to the Biology Department in compliance with the College procedures.
- Planning and developing teaching materials aid.
- Staying up to date with the latest advances in biology as well as attending professional conference
- Encourage active participation and monitor individual student performance to enhance their understanding and master skills
- Conduct safety drills or lead guidance sessions when necessary throughout academic year for overall student security outside of biology instruction.

**Job Requirements**

**Experience : Must have 2 - 4 years of Teaching Experience in PU Colleges.**

**Salary**: ₹24,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
