The medical representative is responsible for promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and pharmacists. They play a key role in increasing product awareness, generating sales, and building strong relationships within the healthcare community.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals through face-to-face visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers to increase sales and market share.
- Provide accurate information about products, their uses, benefits, and side effects to healthcare professionals.
- Conduct medical education programs, conferences, and seminars to educate healthcare professionals about the latest advancements in medicine.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and development.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies and promotions to increase product sales.
- Keep detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends for reporting and analysis purposes.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to stay updated on industry news and developments.
- Adhere to all regulatory guidelines and company policies to ensure compliance and ethical standards are met.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as pharmacology, biology, or healthcare management.
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence others.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, pharmacology, and healthcare regulations.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
