**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a talented and creative **Video Editor** to join our team. In this role, you will organize, edit, and produce engaging video content by assembling recorded and stock video clips into cohesive and impactful pieces. You will collaborate closely with our production and marketing teams to ensure that the final videos align with project goals and brand guidelines.

Success in this position means creating high-quality, audience-relevant videos that enhance viewer engagement and effectively communicate the intended message.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Edit videos to meet targeted length and specifications.
- Organize and manage raw and edited video files.
- Export videos and handle their distribution across mobile and web platforms.
- Capture video footage and produce content when required.
- Experiment with multiple versions and creative directions for video projects.
- Ensure videos comply with the highest journalistic and brand standards.
- Adjust formats and file sizes as needed for various platforms.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year of video editing and post-production experience.
- Proficiency in video editing tools such as Edius, Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, and Lightroom.
- Strong understanding of digital trends and editing principles.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, or a related field (preferred).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
