We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Academic Content Writer and Book Design Coordinator to join our team. This individual will be responsible for creating educational content for academic books targeted towards schools, as well as coordinating with the book designing team, artists, illustrators, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful production of high-quality educational materials.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Content Creation**:
2. Ensure that all content is accurate, aligned with curriculum standards, and tailored to meet the needs of students and educators.

**Book Design Coordination**:
1. Serve as the primary point of contact for coordinating with the book designing team, artists, illustrators, and other creative professionals involved in the book production process.

2. Communicate project requirements, timelines, and expectations to the design team to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality book layouts, illustrations, and graphics.

3. Review design drafts and provide feedback to ensure that the visual elements enhance the educational content and appeal to the target audience.

**Quality Assurance**:
1. Conduct thorough reviews and proofreading of content and design elements to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to publishing standards.

2. Collaborate with editors, proofreaders, and other team members to address any issues or revisions identified during the review process.

**Project Management**:
1. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines effectively to meet publishing schedules.

2. Track project milestones, monitor progress, and communicate updates to stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of deliverables.

**Qualifications**:
1. Masters / Bachelor's degree in English, ; Additional Skill in Visual creations using AT tool ad graphic designing is preferred.

2. Proven experience in academic content writing and educational publishing, with a strong understanding of curriculum standards and educational pedagogy.

3. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.

4. Proficiency in project management tools and software for coordinating workflows and tracking project progress.

5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
