**Key Responsibilities**
- **Box Assembly**:

- Assemble electronic products and enclosures as per design specifications and quality standards.
- Perform mechanical assembly, cable routing, and mounting of components.
- **Wiring and Wiring Assemblies**:

- Perform wiring and termination of harnesses, connectors, and assemblies as per schematics or instructions.
- Conduct visual inspection to ensure proper wiring integrity and neatness.
- **Soldering and Component Handling**:

- Perform soldering of PCBs and components with attention to detail and quality.
- Identify and replace defective components during testing and rework processes.
- **Firmware Loading and Testing**:

- Load firmware into devices as per instructions and test to ensure successful operation.
- Operate basic testing tools such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other diagnostic equipment.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Conduct basic functional testing of assembled units to meet quality and performance standards.
- Follow and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent quality.
- **Shopfloor Management**:

- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Manage tools, materials, and consumables efficiently, reporting shortages or issues proactively.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- **Education**:

- Diploma or ITI in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or related field preferred.
- **Experience**:

- 1-3 years of experience working on an electronics shopfloor or similar environment.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Basic knowledge of electronics, circuits, and components.
- Proficiency in soldering, wiring, and cable assembly.
- Familiarity with reading schematics, assembly drawings, and wiring diagrams.
- Hands-on experience with tools like crimping tools, screwdrivers, and soldering stations.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Attention to detail and precision in work.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

**Preferred Skills**
- Experience with soldering and box assembly
- Knowledge of ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) safety procedures.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing practices or 5S methodology.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
