Roles and responsibilities
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce B2B Commerce platforms, ensuring high availability and optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Salesforce B2B Commerce, including system errors, integration challenges, and functionality bugs.
- Work closely with clients to understand their support needs, gather feedback, and deliver tailored solutions.
- Manage support tickets effectively, prioritizing and addressing issues in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, support procedures, and best practices.
- Provide training and guidance to users on Salesforce B2B Commerce features and functionalities.
- Stay updated on the latest Salesforce B2B Commerce trends, updates, and best practices to continuously improve service quality.

Requirement
- Minimum of [6-7] years of experience in supporting Salesforce B2B Commerce or similar platforms.
- 1. Salesforce B2B Commerce Platform Expertise:

- Deep understanding of Salesforce B2B Commerce (formerly known as CloudCraze) functionalities, features, and limitations.
- Familiarity with the platform's architecture and ability to leverage its capabilities to meet business requirements.

2. Salesforce Ecosystem Knowledge:

- Proficiency in Salesforce core features and functionality, including Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Cloud, and other related modules.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations, using tools like Salesforce Connect and APIs for integrating with external systems.

3. Apex and Visualforce:

- Strong skills in Apex programming language for custom business logic on the Salesforce platform.
- Ability to develop and customize user interfaces using Visualforce.

4. Lightning Web Components and Aura Framework:

- Proficiency in developing with Lightning Web Components and Aura Components for creating engaging user interfaces.
- Understanding of modern web technologies and frameworks which integrate with Salesforce.

5. JavaScript, HTML, and CSS:

- Solid knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for front-end customization and development.
- Experience in responsive web design to ensure compatibility across various devices and screen sizes.

6. Data Management and Analytics:

- Skills in data modeling, management, and security within the Salesforce platform.

Ability to use Salesforce reporting and analytics tools for data analysis and business intelligence.7. System Integration:

- Experience in integrating Salesforce B2B Commerce with various back-end systems like ERP, CRM, payment gateways, and other third-party services.
- Knowledge of integration patterns and middleware tools.

8. User Experience Design:

- Understanding of user experience principles to design intuitive and efficient workflows and interfaces.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications that improve user engagement.

9. Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions.

10. DevOps and Agile Methodologies:

- Familiarity with DevOps practices, including version control (like Git), continuous integration, and deployment strategies.
- Experience working in Agile development environments, understanding of Scrum or Kanban methodologies.

11. Certifications and Continuous Learning:

- Holding relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce B2B Commerce Administrator, Salesforce B2B Commerce Developer, Salesforce Certified Administrator, etc.) which demonstrate a solid understanding of the platform

12. Security and Compliance:

- Knowledge of security standards and best practices specific to Salesforce and e-commerce environments.
- Understanding of compliance requirements relevant to e-commerce, such as GDPR, PCI DSS, etc.

13. Performance Optimization:

- Experience in monitoring and enhancing the performance of Salesforce B2B Commerce platforms.

14. Customization and Configuration:

- Ability to perform both declarative (point-and-click) customization and programmatic customization to tailor Salesforce B2B Commerce to specific business needs.
- Experience in configuring complex pricing models, product catalog management, and customer segmentation in Salesforce B2B Commerce.
