_**Qualification -**_

1) Graduate of any recognised system of medicine

2) or Nursing

3) Master's degree in Social work or Psychiatry or Sociology or Social Science or Public Health.(**PREFERABLE**)
- **Job Description -**_

i. Documentation

ii. Counseling the donor, recipient and family prior to transplant

iii. Medical work-up of donor and recipient

iv. Listing patients in the state wait list registry

v. Providing emotional support prior to surgery and in the post-operative period

vi. Coordinating follow-up visits
- **Requirment -**_
- Minimum 1 years related clinical experience, previous transplant experience preferred
- Utilizes transplant specific patient database for completion of patient records and documentation
- Arranges for patient’s ordered diagnostic and therapeutic services consultations
- Evaluates outcomes of patient care and transplant process

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
