**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Prospect and generate leads through various channels including cold calling, networking events, referrals, and online platforms.

2. Conduct market research and stay updated on real estate trends to provide clients with accurate information and advice.

3. Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties by understanding their needs, preferences, and financial capabilities.

4. Arrange and conduct property viewings, showcasing the features and benefits of each property to potential buyers or tenants.

5. Maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and follow up with leads in a timely manner to nurture relationships and close deals.

6. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the buying or selling process, addressing any concerns or questions clients may have.

7. Stay compliant with real estate laws, regulations, and ethical standards to uphold the integrity of the profession and protect clients' interests.

**Requirements**:
1. Charming Personality

2. Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.

3. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.

4. Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets and objectives.

5. Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.

6. Knowledge of local real estate market trends, property values, and neighborhoods.

7. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field is preferred.

8. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client schedules and attend networking events.
