**About Us**

At _Eateasy_ and _Smiles_, we’re passionate about delivering delightful food experiences. We’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team and help us shape visual stories that resonate with our audiences.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Design & Development of Digital Banners**:

- Ensure consistency in style, tone, and brand identity across all visuals.
- **Social Media Creatives**:

- Design static and animated graphics for Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms, optimized for performance and engagement.
- **Campaign Support**:

- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to bring campaigns to life through design.
- Adapt and resize creatives for various formats and placements as required.
- **UI Graphics & In-App Elements**:

- Create visual elements to support product features and UI/UX needs when required (popups, iconography, promotional graphics).
- **Print & Offline Collateral (Occasional)**:

- Assist with the creation of flyers, standees, or packaging design as needed.
- **Creative Brainstorming & Research**:

- Stay up-to-date with design trends, competitor activity, and industry best practices to bring fresh ideas to the table.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- 1-3 years of design experience, preferably in digital-first companies.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design skills, especially banner and marketing creatives.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects is a plus).
- Basic understanding of design for web, mobile, and social formats.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with strong typography and layout skills.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to take feedback constructively.

**Nice-to-Have**:

- Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or motion design tools.
- Interest in food, wellness, or lifestyle content.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
