Based out of Delhi, our client is a marketplace for high quality software engineering talent. The fact that companies should be focussing on product-market fit and growth instead of struggling for tech talent prompted the founders to start this venture. Founded by entrepreneurs with international education, this company is helping startups find vetted remote tech talent as quickly as 3 days and with closure rates of up to 80%. The vetting process assesses a developer on their knowledge, aptitude, communication skills as well as remote readiness. It has worked with premium clients funded by marquee venture funds such as Sequoia, Accel, Tiger Global, and YCombinator. It regularly takes up pro-bono consulting engagements for bootstrapped ventures.

**About the Job**

As a Content Writer, you will be responsible for helping with our content marketing efforts.

What you will do:

- Writing, editing and publishing content for our website, and blog writing
- Optimizing content considering SEO
- Participating in helping us manage and run a content calendar
- Writing posts carrying company updates for our company's LinkedIn page
- Working on analyzing web traffic metrics

What you need to have:

- Excellent communication and writing skills in English
- Ability to tell stories, take ownership of projects, measure results, and improve every week
- Experience in Web Copy
- Experience in content writing
- Strong research skills
- Attention to detail
- Basic understanding of SEO
