**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Oversee day to day operations of the facility.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of systems and equipment.
- Handle emergencies appropriately according to established procedures; prepare and file accident reports
- Supervise and evaluate staff; complete employee reviews; keep accurate records of employee attendance and time-sheets; provide positive direction to motivate quality performance; discipline personnel when necessary and appropriate
- On-board and train new hires
- Set project goals and oversee projects to completion; schedule and track assignments
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Communicate with customers regarding products and services

**Key Skills**
Reading comprehension of technical documents, Good written and spoken communication skills, Proven leadership skills with a large and diverse workforce, Ability to nurture effective professional relationships with staff and clients. Should be aware of carpentry work and should be able to give design cues and instructions to implement the design in an efficient manner.
**Required Experience and Qualifications**
- Good to have a bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field
- Years of prior experience in managerial or supervisory roles at furniture manufacturing firm.
- Should have enough experience to guide the labor in Carpentry work at the ground level.
- Should have worked as a supervisor in furniture manufacturing industry or workshop and should excel in the given job.
- Confidence to thrive under pressure
- Professional demeanor and attitude

**Benefits**
Fuel charge will be reimbursed only for distance traveled to site.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
