Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass

Role Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor tablet coating machines as per SOPs.

Carry out enteric, film, aqueous, and non-aqueous coating of tablets.

Maintain proper coating parameters like spray rate, inlet/outlet temperature, pan speed, etc.

Prepare coating solutions as per batch manufacturing records.

Perform troubleshooting of coating machines and process issues independently.

Ensure compliance with cGMP, safety, and hygiene standards.

Maintain accurate production records, batch documentation, and cleaning logs.

Coordinate with QA/QC and maintenance teams for smooth operation.

Minimize rejections and ensure consistent coating quality and film integrity.

Participate in preventive maintenance and machine cleaning processes.

Key Requirements:
2-3 years of hands-on experience in tablet coating in pharmaceutical or nutraceutical manufacturing units.

Proficient in enteric coating, film coating, aqueous and non-aqueous coating techniques.

Sound knowledge of coating equipment operation and cleaning.

Ability to identify and resolve coating process-related issues (troubleshooting).

Must have knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and documentation.

Minimum educational qualification: 12th Pass.

Ability to work in shifts and in a team-oriented environment.

Pay: ₹10,747.41 - ₹25,148.95 per month
