RankUno is looking for an incredible Graphic Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for a wide range of design projects and briefs, which will vary depending on our clients requirements.

This role will suit you if you’re used to working in a fast-moving scale-up business or agency, ideally with a global clientele, and you’re used to working with strict brand guidelines and deadlines.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design high-priority presentations for client pitches, Internal presentations, and other client-related requirements
- Work with a cross-functional team of graphic designers, content and copywriters, medial planners, social media experts, and Account managers in the strategic development of creatives and deliverables for clients
- Present your work in design reviews and help non-creatives understand your choices; help us build a process for briefing, conceptualizing, and developing design work
- Produce fresh, innovative artwork that translates complex ideas into compelling digital experiences and print material for visually urbane audiences

**Skills and Qualifications**
- 1-5 years of related experience in an agency or corporate setting with substantial industry experience either in-house or agency, within a fast-paced business, ideally B2B and SaaS.
- Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other design tools
- Experience in creative designing for both print and digital
- Experience in adhering to strict brand guidelines
- Attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines must be comfortable working quickly and delivering a high standard of work at the same time
- Flexibility in daily working hours to meet with requirements for our US and European clients
- Excellent communication in both verbal and written English
- A self-start attitude combined with an innate talent in understanding the impact your work has on our users
- A varied portfolio that showcases excellent attention to detail, high-quality design, animation and creative skills
- An understanding of modern HTML & CSS, illustration and video/animation

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Prior experience with design or production
- Prior project management experience, with a focus on creative direction
- Art School Graduate
