**Job Title**: Mechanic Assembly Technician

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Technical Interpretation**:

- Read and interpret 2D and 3D mechanical drawings to understand design requirements.
- Analyze gas circuit drawings and ensure proper assembly and functionality.
- Understand and follow assembly processes and guidelines.
- **Assembly & Debugging**:

- Assemble mechanical components and hardware as per technical drawings and specifications.
- Debug and troubleshoot mechanical systems and gas circuits to resolve issues effectively.
- Test and verify the performance of mechanical assemblies and ensure they meet quality standards.
- **Analysis & Process Improvement**:

- Analyze mechanical systems and identify areas for improvement in efficiency and performance.
- Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to implement enhancements in assembly processes.
- Provide recommendations for design or assembly modifications to improve system functionality.
- **Maintenance & Quality Control**:

- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of mechanical tools and equipment.
- Ensure all assembled systems adhere to safety and quality standards.
- Maintain detailed documentation of assembly processes, testing results, and debugging efforts.

**Required Qualifications**
- **Education**:

- Diploma or certification in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in new energy batteries and automotive automation industries.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in reading and interpreting 2D and 3D mechanical drawings.
- Familiarity with gas circuit drawings and mechanical assembly processes.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills for mechanical hardware.
- Basic knowledge of tools and equipment used in mechanical assembly.
- **Additional Skills**:

- Analytical mindset for process improvement.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in high-performance manufacturing environments.
- Familiarity with modern automation technologies and gas circuit systems.
- Knowledge of assembly techniques for energy storage or automotive components.

**Work Environment**
- Workshop or production floor environment with exposure to mechanical tools and systems.
- Occasional need to work in tight spaces or elevated positions.
- Compliance with safety protocols and operational guidelines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
