- Ensure timelines are followed
- Ensure fittings & finishings are as desired
- Quality control & assurance process
- Source materials & fabrics when required
- Coordinate dyeing
- Coordinate with the design team for samples

Coordinate for outsourcing embroidery Bi-weekly Karigar performance reviews Data entry of timings Costing of garments Monitor stock reports Skills and interests: Professional & positive attitude To plan ahead & execute Possess basic MS Office skills Collaborate & work with the team Have an eye for detail Able to work under pressure Good at managing budgets Good communication and presentation skills Be organised & maintain records

Requirements: A bachelors or master’s degree in production management/business administration/fashion designing or a similar field A proven work experience of minimum 2 years in a similar role
