**Job Summary**

The Hub Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the hub, including order dispatch, vehicle movement, inventory handling, team coordination, and ensuring smooth and timely delivery operations. The role ensures operational efficiency while maintaining service quality and safety standards.

**Key ResponsibilitiesAreaResponsibilitiesOperations Management**:

- Supervise inbound and outbound logistics at the hub
- Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of orders
- Coordinate route planning and vehicle allocation**Team Supervision**:

- Lead and manage delivery executives and hub support staff
- Conduct shift planning and duty allocations
- Ensure team adherence to SOPs**Inventory & Order Handling**:

- Oversee physical stock movement (loading/unloading)
- Reconcile inventory with system records
- Handle return orders and replacements**Customer Coordination**:

- Coordinate with the customer support team for escalations
- Ensure customer delivery requests or concerns are addressed**Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain records of dispatch, returns, collections, and incidents
- Submit daily/weekly operational reports to management**Compliance & Safety**:

- Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and hub operation guidelines
- Report and resolve any violations or risks**Key Skills and Competencies**
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Basic knowledge of logistics and warehouse operations
- Proficiency in using operations management tools or apps
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and in shifts

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in logistics, delivery, or hub operations
- Graduate or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred
- Experience in managing delivery or field teams is a plus

Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
