**Job Description - QA Personnel**

**Position Title**: QA Personnel

**Department**: Quality Assurance

**Reports To**: QA Manager

Salary Offered:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review and approval of Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packing Records (BPR).
- Line clearance activities for manufacturing and packing areas.
- Monitoring adherence to cGMP, SOPs, and regulatory compliance.
- Handling deviations, change controls, CAPA, and OOS investigations.
- Preparation and review of SOPs, protocols, and quality-related documents.
- Conducting internal audits and supporting external inspections.
- Training of production and QC staff on QA procedures.
- Monitoring environmental conditions and ensuring proper documentation.

**Qualification & Experience**:

- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc. / M.Sc.
- 1-5 years of experience in QA in a pharmaceutical formulation plant (preferably WHO-GMP / USFDA approved units).
- Good knowledge of cGMP, WHO guidelines, and documentation.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Eye for detail and analytical approach.
- Ability to work in a team and cross-functional environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
