We seek a talented and creative Photoshop Editor and Designer to join our dynamic team at NatureWings Holidays Ltd, a publicly listed company on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE). As a specialist in digital imagery, you will play a crucial role in creating stunning visual content for our luxury travel and eco-tourism marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities
- Edit and enhance high-quality photographs of travel destinations, wildlife, and landscapes
- Create compelling marketing materials including brochures, social media content, and website graphics
- Design eye-catching banners, advertisements, and promotional materials
- Maintain consistent brand identity across all visual content
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts
- Manage and organize digital asset library
- Optimize images for various platforms (print, web, social media)

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience with Adobe Photoshop and Creative Suite
- Strong portfolio demonstrating photo editing and design capabilities
- Excellent understanding of colour theory, typography, and layout principles
- Proficiency in creating responsive designs for different platforms

Preferred Skills
- Experience in the travel or tourism industry
- Knowledge of current design trends and best practices
- Familiarity with UI/UX design principles
- Video editing skills
- Experience with photography
- Understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles
