Tele Caller Executive

**Job Title**: Tele Caller.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Outbound Calling**: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products, services, or special offers.
- **Customer Interaction**: Engage with customers to understand their needs, answer their queries, and provide information about our products or services.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify potential leads, gather necessary information, and update the CRM system with accurate details.
- **Follow-Up**: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads, track progress, and close sales.
- **Script Adherence**: Follow provided scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and effectiveness in communication.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain detailed and accurate records of calls, interactions, and outcomes in the CRM system.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather feedback from customers to help improve our products, services, and customer experience.
- **Problem Resolution**: Address and resolve customer issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- **Performance Metrics**: Meet or exceed performance metrics such as call volume, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are a plus.
- Proven experience in a tele-calling or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and friendly phone manner.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
