**Role Overview**

As a **Teacher cum Counsellor**, you will be the **face and mentor** of our classroom. You’ll **teach**, **guide**, and **counsel** students on effective study techniques while nurturing their personal growth and emotional well-being. Your role will be a beautiful mix of **educator, motivator, and listener**.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Teach students as per the 10-month H2S curriculum (Study Skills, Memory Tricks, Vedic Math, Language, Public Speaking, etc.).
- Conduct engaging and interactive sessions using practical activities, stories, games, and real-life examples.
- Monitor individual student progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
- Act as a **counsellor** to address concerns, motivation issues, or behavioural blocks.
- Maintain student records, attendance, and performance tracking.
- Foster a positive, encouraging, and disciplined learning environment.
- Collaborate with the Centre Head for planning, reporting, and training.

**Requirements**:

- Passion for working with children and shaping their mindset.
- Ability to connect emotionally and intellectually with students and parents.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, Google Sheets/Forms, WhatsApp updates).
