**Graphic Designer Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Creative Concept Development**:

- Collaborate with clients, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements.
- Brainstorm and generate innovative design concepts that meet brand objectives.
- **Design Creation**:

- Create visual content such as logos, brochures, advertisements, and website designs.
- Ensure designs align with the brand’s identity, tone, and message.
- **Layout and Typography**:

- Focus on the structure and layout of design projects, ensuring visual appeal and clarity.
- Select appropriate fonts, typefaces, and typography styles that match the overall design.
- **Photo Editing and Illustration**:

- Enhance and manipulate images to improve their quality or to fit the desired aesthetic.
- Create custom illustrations, icons, or graphics as needed.
- **Design Software Expertise**:

- Proficient use of design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, or other design software.
- **Brand Consistency**:

- Maintain consistency with design elements across all brand assets and marketing materials.
- **Feedback and Revisions**:

- Incorporate feedback from clients and stakeholders into the design process.
- Adjust designs based on constructive critique, ensuring the final product meets expectations.
- **File Management**:

- Organize, store, and manage design files for easy access and future edits.
- **Print and Digital Design**:

- Adapt designs for both print (e.g., brochures, posters, business cards) and digital media (e.g., websites, social media graphics).

**Video Editor Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Video Editing**:

- Assemble recorded footage into a finished project that matches the director's or client’s vision.
- Trim footage, adjust sequences, add transitions, and synchronize sound and music to create a polished final product.
- **Storytelling**:

- Work with scripts, interviews, and other raw content to craft a coherent, engaging story.
- Ensure the pacing, flow, and tone of the video align with the intended message.
- **Visual Effects and Animation**:

- Use software like Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro to add motion graphics, animations, and visual effects to the video.
- Enhance the visual experience by using color grading and effects that enhance the mood and tone.
- **Audio Editing**:

- Edit and mix sound, including dialogue, sound effects, and background music.
- Use sound editing software to remove background noise, balance audio levels, and ensure clarity.
- **Client Collaboration and Feedback**:

- Communicate with clients, producers, and directors to ensure video content meets their needs.
- Incorporate feedback and make revisions to achieve the desired end result.
- **File Organization and Management**:

- Organize raw footage, audio, and project files for efficient workflow and future edits.
- Maintain a backup of important files and ensure proper storage.
- **Quality Control**:

- Ensure videos meet the highest quality standards, both visually and technically.
- Check for consistency in color grading, sound, and visual effects.
- **Time Management**:

- Meet deadlines for video projects while managing multiple tasks and revisions.
- Plan and organize tasks to ensure timely delivery of videos for projects.
- **Multimedia Platforms and Formats**:

- Adapt videos for various platforms and formats, such as YouTube, social media, TV broadcasts, or corporate websites.
- Optimize videos for different resolutions, aspect ratios, and file sizes.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
