Greet and welcome guests as they arrive with a friendly and approachable attitude
- Manage table reservations, walk-ins, and waiting lists efficiently
- Escort guests to their tables and present menus
- Maintain a clean and organized reception/hostess area
- Provide accurate wait time estimates and inform guests about table availability
- Coordinate with serving staff and kitchen to ensure smooth table turnover
- Answer incoming calls regarding reservations, hours, and general inquiries
- Handle guest complaints or direct them to the manager when necessary
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to special needs or requests
- Assist with menu distribution, promotional material placement, and décor as needed
- Maintain a professional appearance and a positive demeanor at all times
- Previous experience as a hostess or in customer-facing hospitality roles preferred
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and friendly attitude
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Knowledge of reservation systems (OpenTable, Resy, or similar) is a plus
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of food and beverages is an advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,486.61 - ₹16,000.00 per month
