We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Telecaller. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone, introducing our products/services, and generating leads. Effective communication skills in English are essential for this role.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.

Introduce and explain our products/services to potential clients.

Collect and record customer information.

Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.

Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor during phone conversations.

Achieve daily and monthly call targets.

**Qualifications**:
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Bachelor's degree in any field.

Proven experience in telemarketing or telecalling is a plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving and persuasion abilities.
