Position: Retail Sales Officer

Location: Chennai

Type: Full-time, On-role

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
- Drive sales growth within the assigned geography.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail partners.
- Implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4 to 7 years of experience in sales, preferably in the retail or paint industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chennai G.P.O, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

- Retail sales: 4 years (required)
