**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:Guest & VIP Transportation**
- Safely transport guests to and from the airport, business meetings, tourist destinations, and other locations as per their requests.
- Provide a warm and professional welcome to guests, assisting with luggage and ensuring a comfortable ride.
- Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the journey.

**Vehicle Maintenance & Safety**
- Inspect and maintain the cleanliness and condition of hotel vehicles daily.
- Report any vehicle issues or maintenance requirements to the supervisor.
- Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and hotel safety policies.

**Coordination & Communication**
- Work closely with the concierge, front office, and guest services team to schedule timely pickups and drop-offs.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with guests and hotel staff.
- Keep records of trips, fuel consumption, and mileage for reporting purposes.

**Additional Duties**
- Assist in delivering packages or hotel-related materials when required.
- Support guests with special transportation requests, including guided tours or event transportation.
- Stay updated on road conditions, traffic regulations, and alternate routes to provide smooth travel experiences.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:
**Education & Experience**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum **2-5 years of driving experience**, preferably in a luxury hotel or corporate environment.
- Valid **LMV (Light Motor Vehicle) or commercial driver’s license**.

**Skills & Competencies**
- Excellent driving skills with a **clean driving record**.
- Strong knowledge of **local routes, landmarks, and airports**.
- Ability to communicate in **English and Tamil** (additional languages are a plus).
- Professional appearance and courteous demeanor.
- Ability to handle VIP and high-profile guests with discretion and professionalism.

Pay: ₹18,586.00 - ₹22,836.47 per month
