**Job Description: Scriptwriter (Storytelling - Instagram & YouTube)Key Responsibilities**
- Write engaging, high-retention scripts for Instagram Reels and YouTube videos — both short-form (30-90 sec) and long-form (3-10 min).
- Craft relatable, emotion-led narratives that connect with audiences while delivering sharp, insight-driven content.
- Collaborate with the content, design, and video editing teams to bring ideas to life — from script to screen.
- Stay updated with trends in social media storytelling, creator economy formats, hooks, retention tactics, and viral frameworks.
- Translate brand objectives and product features into compelling human stories.
- Write with clarity, punch, and a strong understanding of the audience — whether it’s for finance, trading, education, or lifestyle.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in writing short-form content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or similar platforms.
- Excellent grasp of storytelling structures, curiosity-driven hooks, and content that builds retention.
- Strong command over English + Hinglish — bonus if you understand meme culture, internet trends, and Gen-Z tone.
- Basic knowledge of script-to-screen process — understanding how pacing, visuals, and dialogue fit together.
- Ability to research and simplify complex topics into entertaining, digestible scripts.
- Prior experience in content writing, copywriting, or social media scripting preferred.

**Education**:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:
Scriptwriting: 1 year (preferred)
Instagram/YouTube content creation: 1 year (preferred)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
