**Electroplating Engineer/SR. Engineer/Assistant Manager**

**Qualification**: Diploma/B. tech in Mechanical / Chemical/Electrical Engineering

**Preferable Industries: -** Faucet, Sanitary Industry & Automobile

**Experience**:

- Minimum 8+ Years in Electroplating Plant, Base Material - Brass & SS,

Zinc,

**Job Description skill:

- Responsible for operation of Automatic/Manual Plating line and

Automatic Effluent

Treatment Plant.
- Handling of chrome plant ,Plating process knowledge
- Responsible for chemical Process operation /Maintenance, Defect

chemical analysis and chemistry Trouble shooting for following process.
- Nickel Chrome Plating on Brass, SS, Zamak.
- Copper Nickel Chrome Plating on Zamak Handle
- Effluent Treatment Plant.
- Multi effect evaporator plant Responsible for Production Planning.
- Responsible of Manpower Handling.
- Knowledge of defect observed on unplated Brass faucet, SS faucet and

Zamak/Zinc.
- Handle E.T.P, RO, D.M ,S.T.P Plant
- Must have knowledge of Lab Testing for chemical.
- Ensure 5s in the plant.Ensure proper shop floor and

machine/equipment hygiene
- Develop and maintain SOPs, WIs, Formats required for the department

along with the team.
- Good knowledge of chemical handling and safety procedures, Water

recycling.
- Maintenance of hangers and jigs for electro plating process
- Must have knowledge of multiple finishes, Brushed Nickel, Satin Nickel

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus

**Experience**:

- total work: 5 years (preferred)
