**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for data entry into the student tracking system as well as updating and maintaining all student information in appropriate office/university databases.
- Track students' admission status and maintain correspondence with applicants regarding incomplete files, status, and confirmation letters for enrollment deferrals.
- Scan and maintain all admission documents in a data imaging warehouse system.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrated knowledge of university admissions policies and procedures.
- Must be able to work independently and have strong customer service skills.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills required.
- Ability to handle a multitude of tasks in a fast-paced office required.
- Ability to maintain confidential information required.
- Must be willing to work in night shift (US Shift) 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST, 6 days a week

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
