We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Credit Card Sales Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our credit card products to potential customers. As a Credit Card Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for sales and excellent communication skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and engage with prospective customers, both individuals and businesses, to understand their financial needs and present the benefits of our credit card offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance customer loyalty and increase sales opportunities.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our credit card products.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to the overall sales goals of the organization.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns to attract new customers.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth and maintain a competitive edge.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities using the CRM system.
- Provide feedback and insights to the management team regarding customer preferences, market trends, and sales strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the financial services industry or credit card sales.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a results-oriented mindset.
- Good understanding of credit card products, financial services, and industry regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong collaboration skills.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and sales software to manage leads and track sales activities.
- High level of integrity, ethics, and professionalism in dealing with customers' financial information.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends to accommodate customer schedules.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
