We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **GST Executive** to manage the company’s **Indirect Tax (GST)** compliance, returns, and reconciliations. The role involves ensuring accurate and timely filing of GST returns, maintaining statutory records, and supporting audits and assessments under GST law.

**Key Responsibilities** **GST Compliance & Filing**
- Prepare and file **monthly, quarterly, and annual GST returns** (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, GSTR-9C, etc.).
- Ensure **timely payment of GST liability** and reconciliation of challans.
- Handle **input tax credit (ITC) reconciliation** between books and GSTR-2A/2B.
- Assist in **GST registration, amendments, and cancellations** if required.
- Maintain records of all GST-related documents in compliance with statutory requirements.

**Reconciliation & Accounting**
- Perform **reconciliation between books of accounts and GST portal**.
- Verify vendor GST compliance and ensure eligibility of ITC.
- Post and verify **GST-related journal entries** in the accounting system.
- Support in **month-end closing** and **audit schedules** related to GST.

**Audit & Assessment Support**
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors for GST queries.
- Prepare data for **GST audit, departmental notices, and assessments**.
- Draft replies to **GST notices or show cause notices** under supervision.

**Documentation & Reporting**
- Maintain proper documentation of invoices, challans, and tax records.
- Generate and present **GST MIS reports** for management review.
- Keep up-to-date with **amendments in GST laws and notifications**.

**Key Skills & Competencies**
- In-depth knowledge of **GST laws, compliance, and return filing process**.
- Strong skills in **Excel, Tally, and GST portal operations**.
- Good analytical and reconciliation skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Ability to manage deadlines and multitask effectively.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
