**ob Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions, including cash handling and billing.
- Maintain product displays, ensuring shelves are well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and conducting stock counts.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the store, adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and address any challenges.
- Report sales performance, customer feedback, and other insights to the store manager.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in retail or customer service (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
