Intermediate Professional, Branding

To develop creative responses to briefs from across the WSP UK business. These creative responses will encompass the full range of design media from traditional printed material through to digital multimedia including collateral ranging from public consultation material, map creation, schematic designs, infographics and visual presentations.
- Using design knowledge to support the business to produce collateral for the various internal and external teams to help them communicate their message
- Interpreting graphic design requirements and developing designs fit for purpose and commensurate with client brand guidelines
- Taking projects from briefing stage through to print and/or final artwork
- Working closely and reporting to a Senior Graphic Designer
- Contributing and feeding back ideas into the team through brainstorms, briefings and discussion at team meetings
- Supporting the wider business by uplifting the visual quality and communication of bid proposal documents, project reports and business development marketing collateral

**Mandatory Skill**
- Energy, enthusiasm, creative and innovative thinking
- Minimum 4-5 years
- experience - that can be demonstrated via a portfolio to showcase capability, skill and passion for graphic design
- Good practical knowledge of Adobe Creative suite
- Conversant with MS Office Suite; including Word and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects while maintaining a deadline focus
- Interpersonal skills, especially to help people through the creative process
- Flexible attitude and willingness to participate within a team
- Someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, busy environment
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders

**Desirable Skills**
- Experience in digital design is preferred but not essential
