We are seeking a creative, results-driven Marketing Specialist/Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies to promote our website, app, and IT training services to potential clients. You will play a crucial role in building brand awareness, engaging with prospective customers, and driving business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Develop and implement marketing strategies** to promote our website, app, and IT training courses.
- **Optimize website content and landing pages** to improve user experience, SEO ranking, and conversion rates.
- **Collaborate with the sales team** to create marketing materials and collateral that effectively communicate our product offerings.
- **Manage social media presence** across various platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram to engage with potential students and clients.
- **Monitor and report on campaign performance**, making data-driven adjustments as necessary.
- **Conduct market research** to understand industry trends, competitor offerings, and target audience preferences.
- **Collaborate with trainers** to understand key value propositions and translate them into compelling marketing messaging.
- **Coordinate and participate in webinars, workshops, and other events** to promote the company’s training services.
- **Maintain brand consistency** across all marketing materials and platforms.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Creative with excellent copywriting, design, and communication skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (Sales, IT, Trainers).
- Ability to analyze data, track KPIs, and optimize strategies for improved results.
- Familiarity with the tech/education industry is a plus.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
